As a result of the many sexual harassment and discrimination scandals, the Fems swept the elections. In no time, they kept their campaign promise and passed the famous Pants Suit Act, more formally the GEA – the Gender Equality Act. With it, gender prejudice became, if not a thing of the past, at least illegal. For example, no one could ask your gender on a legal form or treat you differently based on gender. Mom, who voted Fem, said that was a good thing, so I thought so too.

Leigh Stone was surprised to find an invitation to the Magnolia Ball. It was the same event where his mother killed his father and then herself. He wanted to go after his parents came to him in a dream and said his mother was not the person Leigh had been raised to believe she was.

With the help of her girlfriend and a few forgotten relatives, including two women whose parent's passed under tragically similar circumstances, Hopefully Leigha and her family could get to the bottom of these Relative Possessions.

SINCE IT'S BEEN SEVERAL YEARS SINCE I LAST POSTED ANYTHING IN THIS SERIES, I DECIDED TO REPEAT PARTS OF CHAPTER 5 TO MAKE IT A BIT EASIER FOR OLD FANS AND NEW READERS TO EASE BACK INTO THE STORY. "What were you and Bob talking about?" She asks, eager for the nonexistent juicy details.

"Nothing, I think I overreacted, we both acted normally I think we're friends," I say, hopefully JUST friends.

I look over to Bob. He is standing up, fighting the wind, next to Dad pointing him in the right direction. They look like a father and a son, a much better son than I ever was, or am.
