I guess this is where I introduce myself. Hi, my names Charlie. I go to Brixton academy.

The authorship of this work is not quite what it appears, but my editor insisted the book be presented thus. In explanation, I was named Lewis McDonald at birth, became Lucia McDonald before I was two and became a McTavist in my early teens. McTavist is my married name too because I married James McTavist. My editor says she is going to use this as promotional material. I didn’t think it to be that interesting.

3. Roshambo, Mon Amour

End of Junior year in High School: Peter

"Anything you can do I can do better; I can do anything better than you."

I hate whenever my sister sings that song. It means that she managed to get one over someone, usually me. This time she spent all of ten minutes gloating. She really isn’t better than I. She just lies and cheats all the time. The problem is that our parents, our teachers, our class-mates and everyone else think that I am the cheat, and not a very good one at that. Mary and I are in the same year. We are NOT twins. She is gorgeous. I’m no great specimen of a man. When Mary wants to really set me off she calls me her little sister. Mary is born in January and I in December which makes her the big sister. Something she never tires of reminding me. She is the most popular girl in school, cheerleader, girlfriend to the next Quarterback. Anything you can think of she’s got it, or to be more exactly, stolen, lied or cheated to get.

I didn’t mean to really say that but I guess I thought out loud and there it went. As soon as the words escaped my lips I felt that I should have apologized but a second later I had to wonder why I felt bad.
I mean, she was acting like one.
Maybe it wasn’t a very gentleman way to put it.
“He’s right. You are acting like one,” Skylar exclaimed as she pushed herself closer to me.
“Who the hell are you to talk to me like that?”
“He’s just calling it like he sees it.”
“Fine. I will too. Confused gay boy.”
“Take that back,” Skylar yelled.

Rasufelle and I played a story game where we each took turns adding a sentence to a story. This was the result:

Aaron glared at the situation before him, using every ounce of willpower he had to try and force it to change while knowing that it was a lost cause.

The cheerleader in front of him had a wide grin, but he was sure he could see the evil glint in her eyes.

"You agreed to the terms, so you can either pay up . . . or do the forfeit," she said in a low, menacing voice.

He sighed, knowing paying up was not really an option.

I was a little embarrassed as I approached the table. Karl is new to our school but he’s already found a couple of other guys to sit with. That was just going to make this a little harder. “Hi, can I sit here?"

They all looked up at me but it was pretty clear who I was looking at. He looked kind of surprised but said “yeah, I guess so.” I set my tray down and looked at him before starting my lunch.

NOTE: Please note that this is a fantasy that is set a thousand years into the future. I don't profess to be a doctor and I'm sure what I'm suggesting in this story is anatomically impossible. But a girl can dream, can't she? :D

This story was originally conceived to be a stand alone tale, but it fit Dorothy's M.Y.T.H. universe without too much modification. It starts about a year before Help! My girlfriend is a Unicorn!

This is the New Year edition.

I had intended to get it out by the end of December 2018, but real life intervened. I hope you all enjoy it, anyhow.

When I reached the kitchen, I noticed that daddy was seating at the head of the table. To his left was mommy and to his right was Lily. The main meat dish for tonight, has I had correctly guessed was indeed cornered beefs, served along side a big bowl of stewed cabbage and a few potatoes. It was a simple homespun meal. The bread though was oddly enough a whole loaf of garlic bread. Offering my family a smile, I took my seat and folded my hands in my lap.

Joey selflessly allows himself to be transformed into one of the girls of the Sparklers dance team so they can compete in the state championships.
