Trish was taken by surprise by Dido wanting to kiss her. She slowly responded, but broke off the kiss before it got out of hand.

Chapter 11

That night, Willow took a little while to drop off to sleep, snapshots of the day in her brain. But sleep she did, and she woke, refreshed, in the early morning. She went to the bathroom, then showered and dressed for school. On the way, the two friends spoke about the strangeness of yesterday, with them hosting the entire orchestra in the studio.

“We’ll need to go in one evening and tidy up”

Chapter 10

They decided that the timpani, trumpets and French Horns should be in front of the big window, then the violins, of which there were nine firsts and nine seconds, angled at forty-five degrees so they could see the conductor. The leader was placed close to where the rostrum would be, and they set out three lines of three, side by side, and then another three lines of three, staggered to the others.

Chapter 3: Living My Truth

The suggestion floated through the room like a playful breeze, a whisper of mischief carried on clouds of pillows and bursts of laughter. “Let’s venture to the garden,” someone declared, stretching languidly like a contented cat basking in the afternoon sun. “The lake is simply enchanting at this hour.”

Author's note: Life has been hectic lately. I had a business trip that turned into a family emergency, which was followed by computer issues. I had to take some time off to deal with everything. With my kids in school, I am at home on vacation, getting back into something I love. Kisses everyone.

Chapter 1: Counseling

Two days after the end of their exams, Dido, Trish and many of their classmates went out to celebrate the end of their exams and with it, their first year as students. They bailed out after the fourth pub as the rest were heading to a nightclub.

I converted the rest of my wallet to more of a woman’s wallet, including the other cards inside at least converting to show my new name, not knowing whether they were going to be good for anything. Then I grabbed some bag from my pile of other possessions and turned it into a small purse also matching my current outfit. I put my license in the wallet, my wallet in the purse, and also put my lipstick and phone in.

Chapter 6

They got into tune and played one of the Carpenters numbers until they saw Xavier waving to them. Then they put the buds in and waited for his word. Nearly an hour later, they finished the last song and closed down all the equipment. Most of the band went into the rest area and sat around with the Gees, talking about the tour and any likelihood of another.

Willow stayed in the control room, watching as they created the CD of the last set.

“Frank, does this equipment have all the bells and whistles to enhance a recording?”

Though there is one little detail she'd like to change - the part where Devilla herself is killed or enslaved!
