My name was Ken. I had just graduated from high school, and my parents were taking me on a trip to the state of Louisianna. Our first stop was the city of Baton Rouge. We arrived on March 3rd, just in time for the Mardi Gras celebration. I had heard about Mardi Gras in New Orleans, but I didn’t know that it was held in Baton Rouge as well. We got into town the day before the event, and we settled in at a plush hotel, about one mile from Spanish Town Road, where the Mardi Gras parade would be held. Being of Irish roots, I wondered what interest my parents had in a French celebration.

Unfortunately, the Magical Crystal gets attacked by Violet Ooze during the formation of their contract! Instead of a purehearted magical girl, ready to face the forces of evil, Max ends up as the Violet Queen - the new leader of those very same monsters!
Of course, the problems don’t end there! She's got magical girls aiming for her head, powers that are fueled by people lusting after her, and - worst of all - a ‘corrupted’ crystal that insists the true threat to the world is actually the (unwitting) magical girls themselves!

It might be odd if I kept looking at an empty space.
In the bar, I saw the barmaid and she saw me.

Stacy now begins orientation and classes at Emerson as the small family attempts to stay safe from the outside threat. He developed a machine to transfer a human mind from one body to another. It worked, sort of. The first big problem with it is that the receiving body must not already have a mind. He successfully tested it by transferring the mind of a person suffering from a terminal disease into the body of a person who was brain-dead and being kept alive by machines.

As I wasn’t needed to help Nathanael and the Grigori guide the accelerated evolutions swiftly covering the new planet, I slipped away. And not back to the Citadel.
Without fanfare I sneaked back into the Spires, finding a healed Twitch in the kitchens experimenting with a new soup recipe. Whatever he saw across my face needed no words, and he put down a spice container to swiftly enfold me in his arms, which of course caused tears to flow anew.
