Freddy - fortunately male again - walked into class wearing an odd outfit, a snug-fitting, short-sleeved blue jumpsuit. Most people gave him no more than a puzzled glance, but Ramet and a couple of others looked startled, and Ramet actually gave a short, sharp laugh.

Sophia soon put the episode at her now old school behind her as she began a slightly extended summer holiday. It didn’t take us long to find her another school for September and when Benito came home from school we planned all sorts of things to do for the holidays only to have them thrown into total confusion by the arrival at Hartley House of Gina.

She breezed in, as if she owned the place. It seemed that it was something Italian Women just did. She pronounced the place ugly and vulgar and not the sort of place for children.

He has done it again. This three brain cell moronic moron of a premier league footballer sitting next to me who earns more in a week than I do in three years of hard work. HAS DONE IT AGAIN!

I got to know Doug so quickly in fact that it felt like I knew him my whole life. Nothing seemed out of bounds, except my dark secret. And even there Doug got to know me better than I know myself. The real me.

"So, how was your away game trip?" asked Karen, as she invited Freddy into her home.

"Horrible," he replied, rolling his eyes. "Three days and two nights mostly cooped up in a bus or a motel room with a bunch of ditzy cheerleaders, and we lost the game anyway."

Ellen's older daughter visits Bikini Beach, and then returns home. Except that things aren't what they seem. This is an except from the sequel to "A Bikini Beach Summer", still being written.

“Okay then,” I say to myself as I stare at the mountain of paperwork in front of me. “One written assignment, one practical assignment and about two hundred photos, and roughly a week in which to do them. Easy.”

Carter knew that he was awake, but didn’t want to open his eyes. What time was it? Maybe it was still early and he could get another few hours in before checking in on his sister.

Ugh… the thought still bothered him. He was glad his parents hadn’t gotten them a babysitter for the weekend, but this was the third trip out of state since the school year started. Didn’t they know he needed the weekends to himself and his own friends?

He still needed to know what time it was.

The elder son proved to be a shrewd businessman, tough on his customers, but quick to make a profit, sometimes overcharging his customers for their needs or using otherwise shady tactics. Anything for a quick buck seemed to be his credo.
