A Halloween Princess, a Halloween witch, and a regular dad were walking down the street from house to house on Halloween. There were so many of these Halloween characters, moms, and dads out on the street as the sun was going down. It was a good thing that normally this was a quiet street, because the kids were running back and forth across from one side of the street to the next. They were trying to hit as many houses as they could before it got dark.

Chapter Description: Chapter Twenty-Five: We have finally reached the climax of this story.

“Bet THIS wasn’t how you thought you’d spend the New Year!” Laura teases as we sip our hot, sweet drinks, surrounded by some of our friends, some of our families… And a few people I never thought I’d get the chance to hang out with!

“So then, you two,” the unmistakable voice of Jamie-Lee Milton- one of the most famous transgendered people in the country- asks as she sits down opposite me and Laura. “How long have you got before you’re back at school?”

“Ugh, we go back TOMORROW,” Laura moans.

“Is it, like, the beginning of the end for you two?” Jamie-Lee asks.

What have I done – what have I won? What am I doing? Why am I trying on a whole collection of new clothes? Clothes so very unlike anything I have ever worn before.

I’ve put 50 stories up so far. I was aiming for the next one to be kind of special rather than just ‘ok’ !!….. but it’s not up to me to judge. Chapter 8: Lessons Learned

That day was one of the most fun times I had ever had, though the girls quickly got bored and wanted to leave. Thinking that if they got chances to drive a car, they might want to hang around longer.

As I was looking around at other peoples equipment as they started coming into the pit area, I made my way over to Aaron and Roger's table. I hinted around that maybe if they and another friend might try to get Clara and the girls interested in cars, that it might be nicer around here.

The Witch’s Mirror

“Werewolves suck,” Andrew moaned as he scooped up all his cards.

“What happened?” I asked with a smile and lightly taunting note. “This morning you were going to wreck me.”

“Fucking life steal,” he muttered under his breath.

Bill, the store owner, chuckled from behind the counter. “I think you’ll find that it’s vampires, technically, who suck. And don’t feel bad, Andrew, I know how much Sam spent on his deck.”

CHAPTER 2
I had no quick, amusing comeback to that particular little hand-grenade. I didn’t know much about the disease, but I had seen more than enough of its victims, and my memories of them left me with no illusions as to Lynne’s future. Poor bloody Alun; my opinion of his morals had turned such a somersault it was probably being greeted by people holding up score cards.
