Get your kicks...

Things settled into routine after Clara started work, and as she was on a changing pattern of shifts even in her part-time role, we were able to cover LC’s school days far more easily. Maz and I had visited the school and signed all sorts of disclaimers, but in the end, Clara was listed as a safe person for the collection of girl, small, Rhodes brand, one off.

Part 18 The Clipped Penny

We all went off to get changed so that we could start the ‘Tuesday’ filming. With this one we would be bringing Tony and Steve back into the story.

We had a scene where Barry asks us if we knew any guys who wanted to make a little bit of money helping him, and I said I may have a couple who could help.

Eli grew up on a ranch in Montana. He had heard about Incursions, Breaches, and the Titans that came through those breaches to slaughter some people and capture others. To him, though, it had always been something that happened far away to other people. His life was forever changed, though, when a Breach opened near his home, everything he knew was destroyed or taken, and he ended up Altered.

CHAPTER 45
We all ended up in the Smugglers, of course, for various values of ‘all’, as the family members were still sitting gossiping as we brighter, younger things shared taxis into town. Amina was by my side, but we kept our distance through unspoken agreement. I still didn’t know what to do about her, for while she was, well, my boxes of desire were very fully ticked, there was still the matter of Ange, and always would be.

CHAPTER 19
“What? So it’s Quebec rather than Ontario? Sue me!”

“It’s not that, Jacky: what the hell is it?”

“Poutine, of course!”

Mary said, rather archly, “Think of it as cheesy chips. With gravy. And without curry sauce. I’ll do a lamb dopiaza tomorrow, with sag aloo”

Monthly bills, overdraft

Regular bills at this time of month amount to about $2000 and we're already overdrafted. I'll have to pay shortfalls from my own money and I've been putting a lot of stuff on the credit card so I will have cash to pay these bills.

Anything anyone can send will be appreciated.

We depend a great deal on contributions from our community to meet the expenses of the site, phone and internet access for each of us.

If you can help, please do. It's greatly appreciated.

Hugs,
Erin

The nylon strap of the car seatbelt drags across my chest every time I brake. A week ago it was background friction, nothing. By Thursday the fabric bites into flesh that's gone tender and strange just below my collarbone, and I drive the whole way from the firm holding the strap an inch off my shirt with my left hand, steering with my right. My shoulder aches from the angle.

Part 17 The Dead Penny!

The following week in the studio we worked hard to get the ‘Thursday’ and ‘Friday’ episodes sorted out. Andrew had us do a couple of linking scenes in last weeks’ outfits to tidy up the ‘Wednesday’ show and then we all changed to start the ‘Thursday’ one.

I was given some time off this time as the big sex scene for the ‘Thursday’ show was Susan telling Tanya to join her in the ladies’ room where she pulls out the dildo that they had spent Saturday night with.

One More Time

I woke up to buzzing of my alarm clock. I slapped at it and it fell off the nightstand, onto the floor, and the alarm kept blaring. I opened my eyes and saw the ceiling of my room. Then, I sat up to see my bed, dresser, desk, and Nintendo. I didn’t move for a moment. Then I looked around again. I was, or at least I was supposed to be, twelve again.

“Jason Alexander Dennereck! Turn off your alarm!” Mom yelled from downstairs.

“How can that woman be so hot?” Marcus asked the world at large as he drank from his tumbler.

“Who?” His friend, Paul, asked.

“Over there. With the long straight platinum blond hair and eyes so green we can see their color across the haze of the dance floor.”

“You’re really into this girl? Oh, her. Wow. That hourglass figure must have been work.”

“You think?”

“Maybe. Why is no one near her?”

“She’s in a league all her own. Deservedly.” He drank again.

“Or they all know she has chlamydia.”

As I sat in the boarding area of my flight I had a chance to reflect on the past week or so. It has left me with a few answers but also with many questions. Am I really ready to transition and go all the way to be the woman that my mind portrays to me? There are a lot of variables that I have to consider if I go that route.
