my brain has been rotting with a story idea for a while now and its been difficult to sort of visualise one of the main leads but I think i've probably got it....

Not sure it's worth mentioning but today I've been a member of the site for 20 years! Or as the system is displaying it to me 19 years and 12 months :)

WOW!

I met up with Mike (my angel) who takes Leeanna out into the big bad world. We first went out on short walks after dark only. Last year this progressed to being out in the day in quite out of the way locations. Then late last year going to places where the were a small number of people.

Last weekend, we visited a small WW2 Museum and a very busy castle.

The Trump administration has settled out of court after being sued by multiple organization over the removal of the Pride flag from Stonewall. The flag has been restored, and under the agreement it cannot be removed by any administration going forward for any reason other than maintenance.

Now all we need is to get the “T” and the “Q” restored to the historical references. They were also removed by the Trump administration due to the Orange Asshat’s executive order declaring that his administration recognizes only two genders, which are defined at birth.

I’ve got something new coming this Saturday, April 18.

Riftbound Flesh is a prequel set in the same universe as The Aeldstorm Saga. It sits at the beginning, the event that sets everything into motion.

This one leans more heavily into the science fiction side of the story.

It’ll be available first as a short early-access release on my site, before I open it up more broadly.

o last night I had two very different dreams.

In the first, I was a performer at some award ceremony. I started at the back of the audience and came down the stairs toward the stage, singing what seemed to be the choruses of a group of songs. And even in the dream I was amazed at beautiful my voice was, how amazing I looked in a dress and heels.

I police shooting and weapon jam I described in my story, it really happens about 2 years back in Chicago, it was captured on 2 body cams and 2 cameras watching the street and my depiction of it is tamer than the "Keystone cops" real world version that happened....yes the female cop was that incompetent!

So...over the past few decades, TG fiction has gone through several distinct phases, and one of the most striking changes is the near‑disappearance of what I'll call the old "coercive discipline" trope — the strict guardian, the melodramatic punishment, the exaggerated authority figure who pushes a character toward transformation. In the 1990s and early 2000s, these elements were everywhere. They weren’t treated as realism; they were part of a larger tradition of heightened, symbolic storytelling.

bad day today it would have been my 33rd anniversary if my wife and i were still together .coming out has cost me so much .my wife my son and 3 daughters ,was it worth it im not so sure anymore. I used to be living before i got so sick now im just surviving .

"I messed up"

Apparently those are the words of an air traffic controller in New York, after a plane collided with a firetruck.

Can you imagine how this person feels now? To know one mistake led to death, destruction?

Well, I don't have to imagine.

I know, because I made a mistake that caused the death of an elderly woman.

I was working in long term care, and I and another person were trying to lift the woman using a machine called a Hoyer lift when I made a mistake, she slipped off, and cracked her head on the base of the machine, and died.

I'm in the process of getting HRT. I've seen the psychiatrist, and my doctor is submitting the referral for the endocrinologist. I'm a happy girl!

Yessir, good ole’ Donny has that tar baby right where he wants it!

Trump started a war with no true justification and no real goal in mind. Nothing beyond distracting voters from all of his other problems and scandals, plus the ability to thrust out his chest and brag about how “no one has ever done anything so great before”. His usual claim to fame.

And now every time he hits the Iranian tar baby, he just gets stuck deeper and harder and has no idea how to get loose.

When I checked the site today, I found a message sent to me regarding an attempt by multiple anti-trans organizations to get the FDA to create restrictive regulations on the prescription and use of estrogen for the treatment of transgender women. The request is of course based on pseudoscience, and when reviewing the petition it becomes readily apparent that many of the justifications for their petition are being twisted to reflect a viewpoint not originally cited within the referenced materials.

So, in an alternate universe I would have been a film director… nah, maybe a producer. Or something, anything to do with movie-making. Not necessarily Hollywood, but you know what I mean. Maybe.

Goodness, at this rate I might have enough stories to keep a reader occupied for a while!

Okay so we got a notice a week ago about the owners bringing in another round of roach control, and since I was sick and mom had her arm in a cast, we kind of panicked, but then we got help from Mike and Carol's handyman and we were as done as we could be this morning when we thought they were coming.

Then I looked at the notice again, and realized they are coming on Thursday, not today.

I mean, at least we are ready, but we could have done without the stress, you know?

And a few days ago I finished reading The Station’s Late Nite Princess, and started in on Frills, both of which are among my favorites.

In Frills, there is a scene where the main character’s home is toilet papered, the cars covered in shaving cream, and the house egged, by a group of high school students for the 28th time inside of a year. What made this stand out was the news story I saw this evening about a high school teacher in Georgia who was killed Friday night by a group of five teens while they toilet papered his home.

So here i am, trying not to lose this post!

got some bad news about my mom's arm today.

I phoned the hospital about getting her cast off, and was told we were supposed to have it looked at 2 weeks after she broke it, and either they forgot to call us or we missed the call.

So now, if there is damage in there, its been too long to do anything about it. and she has limited mobility in 2 of her fingers.

sighs, I feel like a complete failure in terms of looking after her.

That i posted a blog entry on Wednesday but it seems to have vaporised, please tell me i'm not losing it!

Haolong (lit. 'spiny dragon') is an extinct genus of hadrosauroid ornithopod dinosaur known from the Early Cretaceous (Barremian age) Yixian Formation of Liaoning, China. The genus contains a single species, Haolong dongi, known from a nearly complete, articulated skeleton with preserved integumentary structures.

The generic name, Haolong, comes from Mandarin Chinese and translates to "spiny dragon," in reference to its integumentary structures. The specific name, dongi, honors Dong Zhiming, a prominent Chinese paleontologist.

Bronwen has been proofing my stories up until November last year. I last heard from her on November 12, and nothing since.
I wonder if anybody knows what has become of her? I know that she had some health issues during 2025.
I sincerely hope any inability to communicate is only temporary but in the meantime I really need somebody to help me with proofing my copy. I produce in a whirl and I can be very careless. Can anybody help?
